9-1-12: PUBLICATION AND NOTICE OF HEARINGS:

Before adopting any such amendment, the Land Use Authority shall comply with the requirements of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act and the requirements of the County Land Use Development Management Act. (Ord. O-2019-4, 3-25-2019; amd. Ord. O-2022-05, 1-25-2022)
