A. Period Established: The county road supervisor may, for each winter season, establish a no plow period. If the county road supervisor establishes a no plow period for a particular winter season, it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county. In the event the county road supervisor does not establish a no plow period for a particular winter season, the no plow period for that season shall be from December 1 through April 1.
B. Authorization Required: During each no plow period, no person shall remove snow from a county road without having first obtained authorization from the county road supervisor. (Ord. 1998-7, 11-23-1998, eff. 12-15-1998)
