5-1-10: PENALTY:
Unless otherwise specified in this chapter, any violation of the terms of this chapter shall be punishable as a class C misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2005-3, 8-8-2005; amd. 2011 Code)
