An off highway vehicle shall be equipped with:
A. Brakes adequate to control the movement of and to stop and hold the vehicle under normal operating conditions.
B. Headlights and taillights when operated between sunset and sunrise.
C. A noise control device and, except for snowmobiles, a spark arrester device.
D. A safety flag, red or orange in color with a minimum diameter of six inches by twelve inches (6" x 12"), attached to the off highway vehicle at least eight feet (8') above the surface of level ground, when operated on the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. (Ord. 2005-3, 8-8-2005)
