4-4-7: ENFORCEMENT:

Any person found in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and on a first offense be subject to a fine not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A person guilty of a subsequent offense shall be subject to a fine not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00). (Ord. 2013-7, 8-12-2013, eff. 8-27-2013)
