A. Signs indicating the prohibition of tobacco products, including the use of the international "no smoking" symbol and the words "No Smoking" no less than 1.5 inches in height, may be posted at vehicle and pedestrian entrances to county property.
B. The absence of a sign on county property does not mean tobacco products are allowed and does not remove any liability otherwise imposed by this chapter. (Ord. 2013-7, 8-12-2013, eff. 8-27-2013)
