4-4-5: EXCEPTIONS:
   A.   The provisions of this chapter do not apply within the boundaries of incorporated cities and towns located in Kane County.
   B.   The provisions of this chapter do not apply if the property owned by the county is a dedicated, deeded or prescriptive road, easement or public right of way and the specific location is more than twenty five feet (25') from a county owned building. (Ord. 2013-7, 8-12-2013, eff. 8-27-2013)
