4-4-2: PURPOSE:
   A.   To promote a tobacco free environment for citizens and visitors of Kane County.
   B.   To keep county property free from tobacco product related trash and litter.
   C.   To protect citizens and visitors of Kane County from harmful secondhand smoke.
   D.   To comply with the Utah indoor clean air act, Utah code section 26-38. (Ord. 2013-7, 8-12-2013, eff. 8-27-2013)
