3-4-8: ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Injunction: The provisions of this chapter may be enforced by injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction.
   B.   Abatement: The holding of any assembly in violation of any provisions or conditions contained in this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated as such. (Ord. O-2017-1, 3-27-2017)
