A. County Entities are allowed to request and the County Treasurer is authorized to provide services regarding collection of County Entity fees. These services may include but are not limited to: updating lot or parcel lists within a District and reviewing for accuracy, providing reports to Districts, processing District fees, processing monthly funds distribution, processing fees to the Treasurer Tax Roll when appropriate, collecting District fees on behalf of the District, and sending out delinquency notices on behalf of the District.
B. County Entities shall pay a fee for these services in an amount set by resolution of the County Commission. The fee shall be paid by July 1 of each year for services provided in that calendar year.
C. Any fee that is not paid by the County Entity by July 1 may be deducted from any fee collected by the County Treasurer on behalf of the County Entity. (Ord. O-2024-2, 1-9-2024)
