Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day's violation constitutes a separate offense.
When noncompliance of regulated noncommunity well testing requires health department staff to collect a water sample, a fee will be charged to the owner of the noncommunity well pursuant to the health department water well permit fee schedule. (Ord. 04-199, 5-11-2004; Ord. 04-388, 10-12-2004)
