23-20: CONTAINMENT OF DRILLING SLURRY:

The slurry from all drilling operations must be contained within the property lines of the drilling site. The slurry shall not be permitted to flow into any road ditch, drainageway, drainage easement, detention/retention basins or any other surface or subsurface waterway or system, or any conservation easement.
