The county board's executive committee will be responsible for the county board's duties under hearings conducted pursuant to cases of dispute between two (2) or more townships as to inclusion or exclusion of a township in any one multi-township assessment district. Such committee may conduct said hearings in any manner it sees fit in accordance with public act 81-838 as amended and other applicable laws. (Res. 80-142, 9-9-1980)
