Any person or entity violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be prosecuted in the same manner as other ordinance violations are prosecuted. Each incident or separate occurrence of an act that violates this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. Continual or repeated violations of this chapter shall constitute a public nuisance and the Kane County state's attorney may initiate proceedings to abate any such nuisance. (Ord. 96-313, 11-12-1996)
