§ 150.015 LIVESTOCK AND DOGS.
   (A)   Livestock and dogs are not permitted in the cemetery.
   (B)   The Town Council has entire charge of the cemetery.
   (C)   It may take such action necessary in order to protect the property of graves and plot owners to prevent injury to the appearance of the plots, graves and ground.
