§ 51.021 ESTABLISHMENT UNDER STATE CODE ANNOTATED.
   Said district is ordered and declared duly formed, organized and established under and by virtue of the provisions of UCA Title 17, Chapter 34 1 , as amended, and the same is hereby deemed a body corporate and politic and quasi-municipal public corporation of the town.
