§ 50.026 FEES COLLECTED.
   (A)   (1)   The fees to be collected by the water company for connections and depreciation and impact of growth shall be fixed, from time to time, by resolution and by a majority vote of the Town Council with a quorum present.
      (2)   The Town Council may, from time to time, promulgate rules for levying, billing, guaranteeing and collecting charges for culinary water services and all other rules necessary for the management and control of the system.
   (B)   (1)   Rates for services furnished shall be uniform with respect to each class or classes of service established or that may hereafter be established.
      (2)   Rates may be established at different levels for premises outside the corporate boundaries of the town.
   (C)   Bank accounts for the Depreciation Fund and the impact fee will be part of the Water Fund and will be recorded through internal accounting as approved by the Town Council and can be revised and established as separate accounts according to the desires of the Town Council without a resolution, but by majority vote of a quorum.
