(A) A water turn off charge of $25 shall be established and imposed whenever it is required.
(B) A water reconnection charge of $250 shall be established and imposed whenever it is required.
(C) A deposit of $500 is required on all new Water Department accounts. On final settlement and closing of the account, this deposit may be used to pay for any outstanding or unpaid bills for prior service. Any unused balance at the time of closing the account will be returned to the primary account holder.
