§ 33.010 JUSTIFICATION FOR EXCLUDING URBAN DEVELOPMENT WITHIN ONE-HALF MILE OF TOWN’S CURRENT BOUNDARY.
   There are no urban developments within one-half mile of the town’s current boundary that would be excluded from this annexation policy plan.
