§ 31.017 TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS TIME AND PLACE.
   The governing body shall hold one regular meeting, which shall be held on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, and 6:30 p.m. during Daylight Saving Time.
