§ 31.016 ADHERENCE TO AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.
   All meetings will adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, when notified in time, the Town Clerk will prepare for special assistance for persons with disabilities to participate in public meetings.
