§ 152.392 CONDITIONAL USES.

   (A)   Bed and breakfast inn;

   (B)   Park and playground;

   (C)   Planned unit development;

   (D)   Public buildings;

   (E)   Public utilities, essential services;

   (F)   Church;

   (G)   School;

   (H)   Cemetery;

   (I)   Home occupation (see §§ 152.075 through 152.083); and

   (J)   Accessory uses and buildings customarily incidental to the conditional use.
