(A) The construction, alteration, repair or removal of any building, structure, or part thereof as provided or as restricted in this chapter shall not be commenced or continued, except after the issuance of a zoning permit by the town’s Zoning Administrator and a written permit from the town’s Building Inspector.
(B) The building permit and zoning permit shall not be issued if the proposed construction, alteration, repair or removal of building or part thereof shall be in violation of the restrictive covenants effective as to the property or lot. Work not started within six months will require a new permit and fee.
