(A) All plots must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. As of 4-12-2012, a purchaser shall not purchase more than four plots. All unused plots after the purchaser’s death go directly to the purchaser’s descendants through the purchaser’s last will and testament as ordained in this chapter.
(B) A DESCENDANT is defined as a son, daughter, grandson and granddaughter.
