(A) Persons being buried in urns shall pay the same price as persons being buried in caskets for a plot, $100 per resident, and $1,500 per non-resident. There will be no more than two urns per plot.
(B) An urn and a casket may be placed in the same cemetery plot, under the following conditions:
(1) The urn be placed inside the casket at the time of burial; or
(2) The urn is cemented into the ground after the casket has been buried.
(C) All urns buried in a cemetery plot must be encased in concrete. The price to bury an urn in cement is $150.
(D) Ashes can be sprinkled over a grave, but not near water sources and according to the sprinkling of ashes as dictated by the state’s Health Department.
