Except where otherwise provided in this code, any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this code shall be fined in a sum not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for any one offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be held to have been committed each day any person continues to violate any of the provisions hereof.
