PREAMBLE

   The Justice village code, originally published by Municipal Code Corporation in 1989, has been kept current by regular supplementation. In 1991, Sterling Codifiers, Inc., began providing supplement service for the village code.  In 2008, American Legal Publishing Corporation, began providing supplement service for the village code.

   This village code of the village of Justice, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance 2016-20, passed May 23, 2016. Ordinances of the village adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this village code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the village office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
