Among the officers of the village to be appointed by the president, by and with the advice and consent of the board of trustees, and whose offices are hereby created and established, are the following:
All deputies to officers
Building commissioner
Code enforcement officer
Emergency services and disaster agency director
Health officer
Inspectors in all departments
Office/human resources manager
Public works director
Village attorney
Village engineer or a public engineer
Village prosecutor
Village webmaster
All appointees may, from time to time, be suspended or removed from office by the president and board of trustees, and all vacancies may be filled in like manner.
