(A) Employees shall be paid on the last day of each month. If the last day of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, employees shall be paid on the last working day preceding the last day of the month.
(B) An employee may elect to receive an advance payment on the fifteenth of the month. The maximum advance payment an employee may receive shall not exceed 50% of the employee’s net monthly earnings. An employee shall be limited to three advance payments in one calendar year.
