An applicant may apply at one time for all permits or zone changes needed for a development project. The applicant can consolidate any presentations/testimony that would customarily be given separately with respective applications. The consolidated proposal shall be reviewed with respect to the appropriate provisions of this chapter. Although the application can be presented as a consolidated proposal, separate approvals/denials wilt be given for the various components of the proposal with regard to the permits being requested.
