§ 154.003 SCOPE OF REGULATIONS.

All subdivision and partition plats created within the limits of the city shall be approved in accordance with these regulations. A person desiring to subdivide land or desiring to partition land shall submit tentative plans and final documents for approval as required by this chapter and ORS Ch. 92.
