§ 154.001  SHORT TITLE.
   This chapter may be cited as the Joseph Land Division Ordinance (2009) and replaces the “Subdivision and Partitioning Ordinance of the City of Joseph, Wallowa County, Oregon”, adopted by Ord. 76-6.
