As provided in ORS 475B.800, the city hereby prohibits the establishment of the following in the area subject to the jurisdiction of the city (select desired options from the list below):
(A) Marijuana processing sites required to be registered under ORS 475B.840;
(B) Medical marijuana dispensaries required to be registered under ORS 475.314;
(C) Marijuana producers required to be licensed under ORS 475B.070;
(D) Marijuana processors required to be licensed under ORS 475B.090;
(E) Marijuana wholesalers required to be licensed under ORS 475B.100; and
(F) Marijuana retailers required to be licensed under ORS 475B.105.
