(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) A person in violation of any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.06 of this chapter or any order issued under the authority of §§ 90.01 through 90.06 of this chapter shall be cited in writing and fined in an amount not to exceed $500. Each day the violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(2) The Fire Chief or law enforcement officer may immediately order the extinguishment of
the fire and may immediately issue a citation for the violation, and the Fire Chief or law enforcement officer may enter upon the premises upon which said open burning is maintained and extinguish the same at the violator’s expense.
