§ 71.087  MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES.
   Proper maintenance of pedestrian and bicycle facilities is a critical element of providing a safe and user-friendly system. The following table summarizes a recommended maintenance schedule for the city’s bicycle/pedestrian system. These guidelines address maintenance of the system’s off-street portions. On-street segments should be maintained according to the standards of the responsible jurisdiction (e.g., City of Joseph, Wallowa County, ODOT and the like).
