§ 34.02 INSPECTION AND RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   Whenever the authorized individual (City Recorder, Public Works Supervisor or Mayor) has reasonable cause to suspect a violation of any provision of this chapter or any other city ordinance, the authorized individual or designee may enter on any site or into any structure for the purpose of investigation; provided that, no premises shall be entered without first attempting to obtain the consent of the owner or person in control of the premises if other than the owner. The City Recorder, Public Works Supervisor or Mayor shall seek and secure a search warrant from the Circuit Court for the county or any other court having jurisdiction in order to gain entry.
