§ 95.01 COUNTY ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The city hereby adopts Scott County Ordinance No. 25 Cleanup of Clandestine Drug Lab Sites Ordinance in its entirety and any future amendments or modifications made to the ordinance as voted on by the Scott County Board of Commissioners. A copy of Scott County Ordinance No. 25 shall be kept on file with the City of Jordan’s Clerk’s Office and shall be available for public inspection.
