§ 92.51 WILD ANIMAL REGULATION.
   (A)   Purpose. This section is adopted for the purpose of protecting the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the city.
   (B)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      WILD ANIMAL. Any animal, fowl, or reptile not of the traditional domesticated species, which is inherently dangerous by nature, and is traditionally found in the wild. This term includes, but is not limited to, animals such as: deer, skunk, opossum, raccoon, mink, bear, armadillo, coyote, squirrel, fox, wolf, cougar, lion, tiger, or hybrids thereof.
   (C)   Wild animal restrictions. It is unlawful for any person to keep, shelter or harbor any wild animal within the city limits.
