§ 123.23 REFUSAL TO PAY LEGAL FARE.

It is unlawful for any person to refuse to pay the legal fare of any of the taxicabs licensed by this chapter after having hired the taxicab and it is unlawful for any person to hire any vehicle herein defined with intent to defraud the person from whom it is hired of the value of such service.
