§ 123.14 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANT.
   The Police Department shall conduct an investigation of each applicant, and a report of such investigation and a copy of the traffic and police record of the applicant, if any, shall be attached to the application for the consideration of the Administrator. State computer criminal history checks are authorized for this purpose.
