§ 123.11 TAXICAB DRIVER’S LICENSE.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a taxicab for hire upon the streets of the city, and it is also unlawful for any person who owns or controls a taxicab to permit it to be so driven unless the driver of the taxicab has a current and valid taxicab driver’s license issued under the provisions of this chapter.
