§ 123.10 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF TAXICAB LICENSE.
A license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked or suspended by the Council if the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions of this chapter, discontinued operations for more than 60 consecutive days, or has violated any city code provisions or any law of the United States or State of Minnesota, which violation reflects unfavorably on the fitness of the holder to offer public transportation. The City Administrator may temporarily suspend a taxicab license based on infractions if deemed necessary until the City Council has had a reasonable amount of time to convene and to hear the details of the violations.
