§ 123.05 PUBLIC HEARING.
   Upon the filing of an application, the City Clerk shall set a time and place for a public hearing before the Council. Notice of such hearing shall be given to the applicant and to all licensees. Due notice shall be given in the legal newspaper at least ten days prior to such hearing.
