§ 94.07 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The City Council or City Administrator shall have the right to issue additional administrative rules and regulations relative to but not conflicting with this chapter. No person shall violate such rules or regulations, and any such violation may be subject to penalties of this chapter.
