§ 94.04 ANIMALS IN THE PARK.
   It is unlawful for any person, in any park or recreation area, to:
   (A)   Kill, trap, hunt, pursue or in any manner disturb or cause to be disturbed any wildlife, except that fishing is permitted. City staff are permitted to remove wildlife as necessary to promote the health and safety of park users;
   (B)   Bring any dog, cat or other creature unless caged or kept on a rope or leash that is shortened to bring the animal within 6 feet of the handler when a dog or a person is within 20 feet of the animal;
   (C)   Permit a creature to disturb, harass, or interfere with or endanger any visitor or visitor's property, or tether any creature to a tree, plant, building or park equipment;
   (D)   Ride, lead or permit a horse, except in designated riding areas;
   (E)   Permit a creature to enter unauthorized areas. Unauthorized areas are active play areas, picnic areas and park buildings;
   (F)   Release any insect, fish, animal or other wildlife or introduce any plant, chemical or other agent potentially harmful to the vegetation, water supply or wildlife of the area; and/or
   (G)   Fail to clean up feces deposited on park grounds by any animal brought into the park.
