§ 54.02 CHARGES.

(A) Charges for fire and rescue calls excluding medical calls within the city shall be made against all property benefitted thereby. Rates shall be established on a flat fee basis as established in the city fee schedule and from time to time amended by the City Council.

(B) A late fee shall be assessed on delinquent charges pursuant to § 50.04 of the Jordan City Code and delinquent charges and late fees shall be collected pursuant to § 50.04(A) of the Jordan City Code and M.S. §§ 366.011 and 366.012.
