(A) All areas disturbed by grading activities shall be prepared and maintained to control against erosion. Where necessary, check dams, cribbing, riprap or other devices or methods shall be employed to control erosion and provide for site safety.
(B) Grading operations, construction sites, and other erosion sources shall provide for erosion control devices.
