§ 150.024 CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY IN CASES OF COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
   For all public buildings and all commercial and industrial buildings with a floor area of more than 2,000 square feet, the mechanical contractor shall take out the mechanical permit for heating, gas piping, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
