§ 150.002 FOUNDATIONS.
   Any structure designed to be used as a dwelling shall be placed on a foundation constructed of masonry, concrete or treated wood. All footings supporting the foundation shall be constructed of solid masonry or concrete placed at a minimum depth of 5 feet below the finished grade.
