(A) Any person whose actions are not in compliance with this chapter upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as for a misdemeanor except as otherwise stated in specific provisions.

(B) (1) Violation of § 130.04(B)(1), (2) or (3) will be prosecuted pursuant to state law and will be subject to the penalties therein.
(2) Violation of § 130.04(B) is a misdemeanor will be subject to the penalty set forth in M.S. § 609.03.
(C) Violation of division (D) of § 130.05 is a misdemeanor.
